- The correct name is TheMetroplitan Cathedral of St Paul's but generally called St Paul's, Mdina Cathedral
- Said to be the spot where St. Paul converted Publius, the Roman Governor to Christianity. The original 12th century church has undergone several enlargements and redesigned after the 1693 earthquake. Consecrated as a Cathedral in 1702.
